To Tam and Hoang Duyen took part in the 2nd meeting on “The Law on Right to Information in Vietnam” organized by the People’s Participation Working Group on July 17, 2014. CUTS HRC has been engaged in the task force for this Law to be promulgated. Based on the discussion results, a concept note on public engagement in the process of law has been prepared and shared among participants to seek for comments as well as for commitments (technical as well as financial) regarding the law preparation process.
